By the end of the month 'Mosvodokanal' (Moscow Waterworks) launches a methane-powered plant. It will use methane produced from urban network sewage sludge treated on Kuryanovskaya aeration facilities. It's expected that the mini-power plant capacity will reach 10 MW of electricity and 8 MW heat.
